Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and Content Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing team to prepare briefs, gather inputs, fact‑check content, and liaise with internal subject matters.
- Manage content for the digital programme, including coordinating with workgroups, tracking content pipelines, organising materials, and following up on deadlines.
- Update FAQs for the call centre and support issue resolution to enhance user experience with each app release.
- Monitor, respond to, and follow up on customer queries in line with standard operating procedures.
