Safeguards and monitors the movement of store's total inventory to ensure availability of stocks for selling and maintaining zero variance.

• Physically counts manual accountable forms with signature.
• Counts available stocks, matches it with previous day's stock count sheet and reports discrepancies, if any.
• Monitors aging stocks.
• Issues correct stocks and assigns to specialist via MTPOS.
• Updates the team on the status of inventory items.
• Ensures sufficient inventory stock level to avoid stock out.
• Coordinates with other custodians to source out customers' required stocks.
• Follows the FIFO (first in, first out) policy when getting or assigning stocks.
• Updates SIR upon every issuance of stocks to specialists.
• Performs physical count of stocks delivered and matches details with delivery documents.
