International Program Coordinator

Job Summary

The International Program Coordinator is responsible for establishing relationships with internationally educated staff prior to their arrival in the United States and supporting them throughout their journey at Shannon. This position will assist international staff with transitioning to life in the U.S. and serve as a resource for all social aspects of that transition.

The International Program Coordinator will also serve as the primary point of contact for international agency staff currently working at Shannon and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to encourage their retention. For individuals working at Shannon through an agency relationship, this role will actively recruit them into permanent core staff positions upon completion of their agency contracts.
