Internal Sales - Order Manager

As our Internal Sales / Order Manager in Nelson, you'll be the central point of contact for our customers — handling orders, answering product questions, preparing accurate commercial quotes, and coordinating supply across our branch network and manufacturing teams.

You’ll work closely with our Sales Representatives, Engineers, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to make sure projects are delivered on time and customers are kept in the loop every step of the way. It’s a fast‑paced position that rewards people who are organised, commercially savvy, and genuinely passionate about customer service.

What you’ll do

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person — resolving queries and taking ownership of their experience
