Role Overview
The Internal Sales Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth by managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Communicate with existing and prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups on leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide detailed product and service information.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
