Description : Role: Internal Control Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose: To handle the requests of Central Bank Notices Courts Attachments Orders Deceased Cases Balance Confirmation Certificates. Responsibilities include preparing response letters within the agreed TAT in accordance with relevant procedures checklists and work instructions. To support the Court Management team by coordinating case documentation ensuring compliance with court directives and facilitating timely communication and execution of court-related actions.

Responsibilities

• Process Central Bank notices and court letters received from the Internal Control Manager.
• Search ADIB records for name matches and confirm findings.
• Retrieve customer information (e.g. account opening forms statements vouchers) and draft response letters for review and sign-off by Court Order Management authorized signatories.
