Job Qualifications:
- With IA experience in microfinance/lending industry (both financial and operational)
- With managerial/supervisory experience
- With coaching/training skills
- Excellent in reportorial and documentation
- With commendable work ethic
- 6 . Direct reporting to the ExeCom
- 7. Required to attend weekly Management Committee Meeting
