This is a direct Publicis Sapient role, embedded within our LATAM Learning & Development team. You will be working hand in hand with our Learning & Talent Development Manager for LATAM, supporting initiatives that shape the way our people learn, grow, and succeed.

This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment, with a particular interest in AI, HR, and training programs creation for organizations.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or Economics
• Minimum B2 level of English (validated through Versant)
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• No prior professional experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the L&D and HR fields
• Curiosity about AI applications in HR and organizational learning
