Intern for Project Governance

We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. As an intern, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs.

Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in variety of projects from planning, execute, commission and Project Governance and checking for PDB projects.
• Learn and assist managing of projects stakeholders such as vendors, internal departments and PETRONAS governance.
• Assist to develop the digital platform for Project Governance and monitoring the overall project progress in PDB.
• Learn and assist in preparing of information and research materials for presentation throughout the whole project cycle.
• Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files
