YOUR ROLE
- Participate in facilities project management across all stages: initiation, planning, execution, closure, and effectiveness review
- Support project reporting and documentation
- Participate in project meetings with various stakeholders, including preparing discussion notes and following up on related actions
- Support other facilities operations and maintenance activities when required
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in English
