Join BBA as a trainee in the Process Control and Operational Technology (PC&OT) group at our Québec City office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of mandates in the mining, metals and renewable energy sectors, collaborating on automation, instrumentation, advanced control, industrial computing, and telecommunications projects.

Responsibilities

Help produce deliverables for an engineering project cycle

Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human‑machine interfaces (HMIs)

Perform SCADA integration and programming work

Help configure historians and appraise data

Analyze client data to identify root causes of problems and generate improvement ideas

Help analyze needs, select technology and propose solutions to clients

Participate in commissioning and testing at client sites
