Description:

This project focuses on developing an automated ticketing and alerting mechanism that monitors defined operational KPIs and automatically triggers notifications or tickets to responsible owners when thresholds are breached. The goal is to reduce response time and ensure accountability through data‑driven automation.

Scope:
