We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Voids Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient turnaround of empty residential properties within our local authority. As an Interim Voids Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that properties are inspected, repaired, and made ready for reoccupation as quickly and cost‑effectively as possible. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of housing and compliance with Awaab's Law.
