Auditor to take participate in internal/external calibration and ATA discussions. Auditor to generate the findings/recommendations based on performed audits to improve the agent/vendor performance. Lead the client discussion for the respective LOB to discuss the findings & ideas. 1 year of experience in working as a quality analyst Must have knowledge about 7 QC tools Feedback techniques – Written & Verbal
Role Purpose
Auditor is responsible to perform the audits for assigned vendors and is responsible to generate the improvement ideas for process, production and agents.
