Integration Technical Lead - Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Lead to join the Integration Platforms Operations team. This full‑time, permanent role is based at Vancity head office in Vancouver, with hybrid work arrangements and flexibility for candidates in BC and Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

• DevSecOps & Platform Enablement
  • Design, develop and maintain DevSecOps reference pipelines for Azure integration workloads.
  • Embed security controls (SAST, DAST, secrets management, policy‑as‑code) into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Define and enforce standards for build, release, deployment and environment promotion.
  • Partner with architecture, security and development teams to drive best practices.
  • Automate infrastructure, configuration and operational tasks where possible.
