Job Purpose: The Insurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the insurance team ensuring the effective management of insurance processes and providing leadership and guidance to a team of insurance professionals. This role involves supervising insurance claims policy administration and customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies industry standards and legal regulations.

• Provide guidance and training to ensure team members are well‑versed in insurance processes, policies, and regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff development, including providing feedback, setting goals, and identifying growth opportunities.
