Insurance Placement Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh. This hybrid role is based in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana) and requires working in the office at least three days per week. The Placement Specialist will report to the Placement Leader and focus on developing and executing initiatives to implement the Placement strategy defined for Marsh.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a market strategy for each placement.
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing insurance programs, identifying improvement opportunities and recommendations for optimization.
• Negotiate the best solutions in terms of pricing, coverage, and limits with insurance markets.
• Develop close and trust-based relationships with insurance markets.
• Implement various initiatives that are part of the Placement strategic plan.
