Job Description

- Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.

- Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.

- Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.

Qualification:

* Graduates with 1 year plus year experience in BPO/Customer Care

*Insurance Experience Mandate.

Other Requirements:

- Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Listening Skills.

- Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication.

Salary: 3,00,000 pa ((21,000 in hand) (based upon skills and experience )

plus allowances and incentives .

Shift: 24x7 (Rotational)

Work Days: 6 days working with Rotational Shifts
