Vacancy Description
The Instructional Designer is responsible for analyzing learning needs, designing engaging and effective instructional materials, and developing training solutions that improve employee performance and support organizational goals. This role collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to create learning experiences across various formats, including instructor‑led training (ILT), e‑learning, virtual learning, job aids, and performance support tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and learning requirements.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical or complex information into clear, learner‑friendly content.
- Design, develop, and maintain learning solutions (e‑learning modules, ILT, blended programs, microlearning, simulations, job aids, videos, etc.).
