Inspector I

Summary

The Inspector I performs basic inspection work in petroleum, petrochemical, gas, grain, oils and fats terminals and refineries; also performs inspection work on board barges and ships following industry standards and the procedures published by API, Fosfa, Gafta and Saybolt.

Responsibilities

• Assist other inspectors from the department and Account Managers in location responsibilities.
• Ensure efficient work within the location to meet client needs accurately and in time.
• Work at different locations and on offshore operations as requested.
• Develop functions within port activity and offshore on high seas; perform cabin functions during ordinary working day.
• Run operation at lowest possible costs while meeting requirements for safety, quality of service and maintenance of assets.
• Ensure full cooperation with department and managers on all assignments.
