Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing a diverse caseload of insolvency cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution.Directly reporting to the firm’s partners and playing an instrumental role in the strategic direction and growth of the insolvency department.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the insolvency sector.Providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Actively participating in business development activities, representing the firm at industry events and seminars.
