Insights Director

Job Description – Insights Director Overview The primary role of the Insights Director is to manage and provide disease area expertise in the end-to-end insights generation process, using our proprietary market research data and to drive client interactions and business development in the therapy area.

This position reports to the Franchise Head and is located in Exton, PA.

Applicants who do not live locally can be considered for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities To provide assistance with client management and presentations:

• Lead client presentations, track follow-up requests and lead ad-hoc deliverables, follow-up observational metric requests.


• Upsell existing clients on appropriate products.
• Develop business with new clients and drive company growth through organic business development, including upselling existing clients on appropriate products.
