Inside Sales Representative – Renewals
Location: Fortinet office - either Frankfurt, Munich OR Hamburg
Responsibilities:
Planning, executing, tracking and analyzing our renewal businessEstablishing a framework and process to track, manage and maximize renewal contractsCooperating with the sales team and assist in selling renewals and promoting up-sell opportunitiesContacting and follow-up with customers and partners to ensure a timely renewal process – always aligned with Account ManagerPeriodically reporting on progress of current contract renewalsPreparing renewal quotes for current contractsManaging customer requestsPreparing forecasts of contract renewal bookingsDemonstrating key functionality to promote up-sells at existing accounts Required Skills:
