Innovation Program Coordinator [DAPH]

Working Hours: Monday - Friday @ 9AM - 6PM

As a support function to the Head of APAC Innovation Station, this role organizes the cadence, schedules, and reporting for Innovation Station activities, and facilitates cross-functional, cross regional, and external partners and client's engagement. It contributes to internal/external communications and awareness, while assisting the Head of Station in Innovation pipeline development, Regional business support and strategic partnerships expansion.

Lead monitoring of innovation programs, ensuring alignment with process, timelines, budgets, commitment, and KPI.

Proactively identify and mitigate roadblocks to ensure smooth program progress.

Track and report on project advancement, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders using standardized communication formats, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
