Job Title: Injection Mold TechnicianJob Description
The Injection Mold Technician supports high-volume plastics manufacturing by setting up molds, machines, and robotics, executing material changeovers, and troubleshooting process issues to ensure stable, efficient, and repeatable production. This role plays a key part in new process development, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives, while serving as an on-floor technical resource for both production and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
+ Perform mold, machine, and robotic setup activities to support production requirements and ensure timely start-up of manufacturing runs.
+ Execute material changeovers efficiently and troubleshoot material handling systems to maintain uptime and production efficiency.
