Infrastructure & Capital Projects - GIS Specialist, COM Job Type: Full-time.
Responsibilities
Internal Title: CAD III
Lead the prioritization and delivery of GIS initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business and client objectives.
Support updates to GIS roadmaps and implementation strategies, including resource planning, prioritization, risk management, and delivery oversight.
Design and implement GIS solutions using ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise, transforming complex data into dynamic web‑based visualizations for transportation and infrastructure projects.
Develop advanced web applications with Esri Experience Builder, Esri Story Maps, Esri Dashboards, and other ArcGIS tools to support stakeholder engagement and decision‑making.
Integrate spatial and tabular data (e.g., CAD, GPS, text) through robust ETL processes using FME and ArcGIS, converting formats (e.g., CAD to Shapefile) while maintai...
