Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients to sell IT solutions and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide pre-sales consultations to assist with technology selection.
• Work closely with the team to ensure proper implementation of sold solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or network systems.
• Repair Computers and Laptops with damage or dysfunctions.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing computer errors, both hardware and software.
• Repair Laptop Hinge.
• Replace LCD screen, battery and keyboard malfunction.
• Responsible for setting up new computers, peripherals and corresponding network connection and ensure the functions of the computer.
