The NetSuite oversees daily NetSuite administration, system optimization, user support, and process improvements to support condo-related financial and property management operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead NetSuite enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage system configuration for condo-related processes such as dues billing, utility charges, collections workflows, unit master data, vendor payments, and maintenance work orders.
- Coordinate with Finance and Property Management teams to ensure efficient month-end closing, billing cycles, and audit readiness.
