About the role
Are you passionate about enterprise IT operations and modern workplace technologies? Do you want to build your career in a global technology company where Malaysia plays a central role, not a support one?
We are expanding our 24/7 Operations hub in Malaysia – our main Asian delivery centre – and are looking for skilled IT Engineers with experience in Windows environments and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix). From Malaysia, you will support mission‑critical IT services for both regional and international energy customers, working closely with global teams across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
As part of the 24/7 operations team, working hours will be 11 pm – 7 am Monday – Friday, and part of the weekend shift rotation (5 AM – 1 PM, 9 AM – 5 PM, 11 PM – 7 AM). Work during public holidays will be required.
