Information Technology Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Endpoint Management & Administration Design and manage enterprise endpoint solutions with Microsoft Intune and SCCM. Configure and administer mobile devices (Windows, iOS, Android) through Intune Standalone and Hybrid (SCCM + Intune) environments. Develop configuration profiles, software/patch management, and OS deployment packages. Maintain application packaging and deployment portfolio within the company portal. Security & Compliance Ensure endpoint compliance with enterprise security policies. Participate in securing SCCM-related accounts via IAM principles (Azure AD, MFA, SSO). Monitor and troubleshoot compliance, security updates, and policy enforcement across devices. Automation & Integration Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting and Intune automation capabilities.
