Our Toronto based client is seeking an IT Business Analyst with a project‑management skillset to join their team.
Base Pay Range
CA$65.00/hr – CA$70.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Develops business cases for new solutions
- Identifies and analyzes business needs for assigned IT/OT initiatives
- Drives stakeholder engagement and communication through business presentations and reports
- Collaborates with IT Portfolio Management, Security Operations, and Infrastructure teams to manage inbound non‑standard IT requests
- Supports financial planning and management for IT/OT systems
- Creates and maintains documentation and procedures to ensure effective IT systems and processes
- Assists with rate applications
- Coordinates, documents, and oversees Records Management Program
