Overview
We are looking for an INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING with at least 1 year of experience in the garment industry. The successful candidate will support production operations through effective planning, process improvement, and line efficiency analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct time and motion studies and determine Standard Minute Values (SMV)
- Create the Operation Breakdown (OB)
- Assist in line balancing, target setting, and line layout planning
- Analyze operator performance and propose productivity improvements
- Coordinate with production team
- Monitor line efficiency and production output daily
- Prepare reports related to IE activities and production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with buyer standards (Quality and safety)
