Shift: Rotational 8-hour shifts between 13:00 and 23:00
Salary: R18,000 + Night Shift Allowance + Sunday Pay (if applicable)
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Inbound Sales Team Leader to oversee a medium to large team of inbound sales and reservations agents. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about sales performance, and can effectively lead and motivate a team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of inbound sales/reservations agents
- Monitor team performance against KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance feedback
