Inbound Sales Representative

Your Role Purpose & Objective

My role purpose is to enable effortless home improvement through supporting tradies to build and expand their businesses. Your role is to follow up on inbound enquiries that come from tradies that request more information about joining the hipages platform, communicate the key benefits of the web‑based advertising new customers will receive as a member of hipages. You know you are successful when you are converting a high volume of customers, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs, and you’re able to use your expertise on the hipages product to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue.

How you will add value

• Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and sales targets (essential)
• Making a high volume of outbound / inbound phone calls (essential)
• Explaining the key benefits of hipages with potential clients
• Handling customers objections (essential)
