JOB DE ION:

• Understanding on how DB operates.
• Support BAU operations – support installation of agents to DB servers, configuration of DAM (MX, GW, DRA), provide reporting status, policies optimization.
• Escalation – support case handling, escalation, and resolution.
• Version upgrade – Minor and Major, ability to suggest upgrade that suits client's requirement.
• Troubleshooting – identify issues and provide recommendation on resolution.
• VAPT fixes – provide fixes to any VAPT issues.
