Position: Import Specialist
Location: Jericho, NY

Schedule: On-site, Mon-Fri
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate

Responsibilities
- Handle A–Z import operations, including pre?alerts, arrival notices, ISF, documentation review, and coordination with carriers, brokers, and truckers.
- Prepare, file, and track customs entries, ensuring compliance with CBP and partner government agencies.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and overseas agents regarding shipment status, documentation requirements, and issue resolution.
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, arrival notices, and other import documents for accuracy.
