Job Summary:
The Import Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating import shipments via air and ocean. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, and efficient communication with clients and carriers while maintaining compliance with bonded warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with shipping lines and carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure smooth, timely logistics services
• Track inventory levels within the bonded warehouse and reconcile any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory data in Magaya and Descartes systems
• Negotiate with carriers to reduce costs and optimize shipping routes
