Implementations Manager

The Implementations Manager (IM) will lead the setup of new programs across PSG, working closely with clients to deliver a strong first impression and maintain high-level stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in program set-up scoping calls with sales and the client
• Lead implementations kick‑off calls and activities
• Ensure implementation project plans are followed and completed
• Assign activities to the implementation and program project team (CM, Ops, Implementation Coordinator)
• Facilitate project reviews with the client, PSG upper management and PSG leadership
• Identify issues, obstacles and risks; work with the PSG team and client team to build methods, processes, scope changes, etc.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project or Implementations Manager
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership of at least 4 projects ...
