Responsibilities
- Managing strategic projects ranging from 3 to 12 months (planning, resources, communication)
- Supporting customers through change management (expert consulting, change management, expectation management, customer education)
- Advising on application setup and configuration, with strong expertise in the product suite and internal tools
- Training customers
- Building and maintaining a trusted relationship with clients
- Connecting technical experts with clients (customer data migration, interface implementation)
- Applying our agile project management methodology
- Communicating with various stakeholders: client teams (business, IT, etc.) and DiliTrust teams (application support, R&D, etc.)
