Implementation Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Implementation Executive to join our team and support

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in system/software setup, configuration, and deployment
• Support project teams to ensure implementation tasks are completed on time
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot basic issues
• Provide first-level training and support to end-users
• Prepare documentation, reports, and maintain implementation records
• Follow company standards, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with senior consultants/engineers for smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship experience is a plus)
