Job Description: Client Analytics Manila is mainly responsible for the Corporate and Investment Bank’s client database – GCIX (Global Client Information Exchange). GCIX provides a comprehensive and consistent revenue performance and profitability reporting on individual client, group and portfolio levels. This is done by collating client and product related data as well as revenue and balance sheet information from numerous underlying Finance, Ops and Business systems. A Client Analytics Resource manages data uploads in GCIX, including investigations/resolutions for input or data issues. The team is also responsible for the frontend tool of GCIX, Client Value Metrics (CVM).
