Job Description

This senior, visible role is within the Environmental Group and offers opportunity to lead complex infrastructure and municipal projects. The role requires technical leadership, client engagement, and shaping project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver practical, value-driven solutions.
• Lead and shape scopes of work for public and private clients on small‑to‑large scale infrastructure projects.
• Manage and execute hydrogeological studies, including:
• Groundwater resource development
• Construction dewatering programs
• Pump test design, analysis, and interpretation
• Geothermal system assessments
• Sewer discharge agreements
• Permit to Take Water (PTTW) applications
