Hybrid Application Support Analyst Role

This 6-month contract role based in New Westminster is focused on providing Tier 2 support primarily to senior leadership and internal users. You will handle ticket management and troubleshoot application issues, with a significant emphasis on Microsoft 365 technologies like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide application support to internal users across the organization
• Manage support tickets in accordance with established SLAs
• Troubleshoot application-related bugs and issues
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and OneDrive
• Collaborate closely with IT teams for issue resolution
