Multiple Positions Available:

1. Manage the Break-Fix Spares category within the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) domains. 2. Build Electrical/Mechanical global spares category strategy managing $50M spend across 50K+ Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), 100+ Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and 1000+ models. 3. Define substitution rules and sourcing lanes; maintain a risk log (single-source, long lead, sanctions, Conflicts of Interest). 4. Set service levels by site/region; align stocking and replenishment pathways with maintenance calendars. 5. Establish category sourcing strategies and lead crossfunctional strategic sourcing teams. 6. Run Request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ) cycles; normalize bids by International Commercial Terms (Incoterms), lead times, and payment terms. 7.
