SOVA Waste and Recycling is seeking skilled and dependable HVAC/Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and repair of facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure at our Henry County and South Boston locations. This role combines HVAC technical expertise with general maintenance responsibilities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
The HVAC/Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are operating efficiently while also performing general repairs and preventative maintenance to support daily operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, functional, and productive work environment.
