HVAC and Equipment Maintenance

The Lutheran Home is seeking an experienced professional for the HVAC and Equipment Maintenance position.

This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and monitoring HVAC units as well as various equipment and appliances across our healthcare community.

The individual evaluates the viability of repairing equipment versus replacement while performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
