Job Summary
The Human Resource – Employee Services Intern supports the HR Employee Services team in delivering efficient and accurate HR support to employees. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR operations, employee records management, and employee query resolution, helping ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Services Support
- Assist in responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, and employment records.
- Support the management of HR tickets or cases through an employee services or helpdesk system.
- Escalate complex concerns to appropriate HR teams when necessary.
HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS or internal databases.
