Human Resources and Compliance Coordinator

Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a Human Resources and Compliance Coordinator to join our leadership support team at our headquarters in Newark, New Jersey.

The Human Resources and Compliance Coordinator will support the Human Resources function by managing day-to-day HR administration while ensuring companywide compliance with all city, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

This role is responsible for employee training, performance management administration, compliance documentation, policy development, and audit support across all departments.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross‑functionally with leadership, managers, and employees to promote consistent, compliant, and efficient HR and operational practices.
