What Will You Do?
This role will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth hiring‑to‑onboarding transition, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting day‑to‑day HR operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support (Onboarding & Pre-Hire)
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics for new hires (offer documentation, background checks, pre-employment requirements)
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of new hire documentation
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to track onboarding progress and start dates
- Schedule onboarding sessions, orientations, and training coordination
- Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Communicate with candidates to provide a seamless pre‑start experience
