HSSE Coordinator – Program Excellence

The HSSE Coordinator will work closely with the HSSE Program Excellence Manager to support the adoption of HSSE programs and practices into business operations and project delivery. This role provides hands-on coordination and quality control support to ensure HSSE materials remain current, accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HSSE Framework systems and processes, including the HSSE Manual and Standards, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), management of change, and the Document Management System (DMS).
• Provide project management support by maintaining detailed logs and trackers, preparing regular project updates and reports, and implementing accountability measures to keep projects on schedule and objectives met.
